Each year, RiverCenter presents its FREE holiday Gingerbread Village for our community. These imaginative confectionary structures are created by companies, community organizations, and families for no other reason than to bring joy and holiday cheer!
If you would like to be a gingerbread creator in the 2025 Gingerbread Village, basic information can be found below. Updated information and registration forms will be posted in late summer/early fall. In the meantime, feel free to contact marketing@rivercenter.org with any questions.
Information For Gingerbread Creators:
- The base of each display can be no larger than 2.5 feet square and may feature multiple houses.
- We encourage you to reinforce your creations with hot glue and additional internal structural supports, in necessary, to ensure the structure lasts for the duration of the village. Not all components have to be edible!
- Businesses and organizations may provide small promotional materials to display with their creations!
- The Village will be on display to the public from December 4 – December 22 during our regular lobby hours of Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM and 2 hours prior to performances. The load-in dates for this year’s village are December 1 and 2 during regular lobby hours.
