1: Make sure you are buying your tickets from RiverCenter.org or
from our box office by calling (705) 256-3612.

2: Beware of scare tactics that imply a show is selling out.

3: Never pay with cash, wire transfer, or gift cards, as these
payment methods are difficult to trace and recover if something goes
wrong. Always use a credit card which offers fraud protection.

4: Make sure the tickets are for the correct event, date, time, and
seat location. Be wary of tickets that look faded, blurry, or have any other
irregularities.

5: Before you buy tickets, check to see if the seller is legitimate
by reading online reviews, verifying the seller’s contact information and
contacting RiverCenter directly.

6: Become a member of our Subscriber program to get early
