Night School/Student Rush

RCWe understand that educators cannot always afford to give up “seat time”    during the day; but, would still like to supplement their curriculum by incorporating the fine and performing arts.   The solution: NIGHT SCHOOL! A program that takes advantage of our STUDENT RUSH prices providing quality programming at a price closer to a student’s budget.

We also understand that many teachers in the Chattahoochee Valley area use opportunities like this to provide students with extra credit.  In order to aid you in that endeavor we have provided student/teacher guides for each of our night school shows.  We understand that not every student will be able to attend a show do to prior commitments, cost, and/or school function.  In order to help teachers remain firm and fair we have also included extra-credit assignments that do not require show attendance.

MCSD has streamlined how educators teach text annotation across the curriculum. This method is known as Comprehension Instructional Sequence Model (CISM).  For most of our programming, we have included articles that are arts related, cross curricular, and geared to help educators transition to this method.  For a generic lesson plan and overview please click here.
