Ticketing Associate
RiverCenter for the Performing Arts

This position is part-time, overtime eligible and will support retail and ticketing/box office operations for RiverCenter reporting directly to the Box Office Manager.  Flexible hours considered.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Covering ticket sales window during some or all of normal box office hours (currently Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM).
  • Some evening show hours (ticketing and sales gallery) and/or Black Tie events.
  • Assist in responses to event and other general inquiries.
  • Oversee designated operations of Ticketing and Sales Galley in the absence of the Manager.

Employment requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • High level of organizational ability and excellent math skills.
  • Reliable and adhere promptly to work schedule.
  • Ability to quickly learn Tickets.com ticketing system.
  • Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Computer operations knowledge and proficient in use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent oral communications.
  • Moderate and conservative dress.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others as a team or independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Banking account for biweekly payroll

Production Associate
RiverCenter for the Performing Arts

Busy performing arts theatre seeking FT professional with minimum two years theatre experience or theatre degree, excellent interpersonal skills, and MS Word computer literate.  HS graduate; college preferred. Ability and knowledge to work with a professional technical division to effectively execute complex technical productions is a must.  This position supports activities in three theatres during preparation, execution and breakdown of events, and requires significant knowledge of a variety of technical tasks such as mixing sound, handing and focusing lights, operating sound and lighting consoles, and assembly of scenic elements.
